The machining of profile parts in medium and large series is carried out on rotary transfer machines directly from the bar or from precision-sawn blanks. State-of-the-art production technologies such as CNC-controlled processing units and fully automatic feed systems are used.
All production units start processing at the same time, with up to 15 operations per cycle. Operations such as sawing, milling, turning, drilling, threading, screwing and even assembly can be carried out in one cycle.
Advantage for the customer: Only the slowest work process determines the cycle time and unit price.
